We appreciate your understanding and ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hour notice in order to cancel an appointment. When we do not receive the 24 hour notice, it is unlikely we will be able to book another client in your time slot and that time has been held specifically for you. When you miss an appointment or cancel/reschedule with short notice, this represents lost time and a loss of income for the service provider. Unfortunately, clients will be responsible for full payment after one grace missed session.
